Miryana Del Valle and Kevin Graciliano Dancing Marinera Nortena, a traditional dance from Peru, at Hispanic Heritage Day on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, at the Oregon State Capitol. This is the third season to the event, held this year on Mexican Independence Day.
